Each week, any Illinois resident will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for that week’s drawing at our raffle website, NapervilleDiamondsQOH.com. After purchasing tickets, each individual will select one of 52 virtual envelopes. Each envelope contains a playing card from a standard deck of cards.

Every Monday night at 8:00 p.m. the online system will randomly pick that week’s winning raffle ticket. The winner will receive a $100 prize, but more importantly the virtual envelope they chose will be opened. If that envelope contains the Queen of Hearts, that individual will win 50% of the total jackpot shown on the raffle website. The other 50% will go to the Naperville Diamonds. If the envelope does not contain the Queen of Hearts, the jackpot will roll over to the following week’s drawing and that card will be removed from the deck, leaving 51 cards remaining for the following week. The excitement builds as the jackpot grows at the same time that the odds of winning also increase.

The process continues each week until the Queen of Hearts envelope is opened, and the jackpot is claimed. Each week is a new raffle. Purchased tickets do not carry over.
